With over a decade of experience in the beauty and fashion industries, I bring a deep understanding of both the shop floor and the strategic landscape. My journey spans in-house roles and agency partnerships, giving me a 360° view of how retail and consumer behavior have evolved over time. This firsthand experience has given me insight to guide brands through an ever-changing landscape with transparency.
